We as much as our clients depend on quality finishing. Laying bricks is not difficult but laying bricks with superior finishing and less material waste takes training and experience.
We divide our on-site service in two steps:
- Delivery and receiving goods: It is imperative that our clients understand the important of treating our product with care. Delta Block has a cellular structure and as such receiving the goods and placing it on site needs tender and care. Our on-site service can help train your people before receiving first truck to ensure handling will be done correctly.
- Building: Given the importance we place on treating our blocks with care and using them correctly, we offer a “quick service laying tutorial” to give applicators who have not previously handled our product an introductory course.
In addition, Plena Egypt runs training programs (see seminars) on a monthly basis to educate applicators. Once an applicator has completed our course, we issue 3 kinds of diploma depending on the level of knowledge, bricklaying speed, accuracy and finishing as well as efficient use of material Plena Egypt is also present to give you, our client, helpful construction tips on how to build properly with AAC blocks so that everything runs like clockwork.
